This non-exclusive arrangement is for the few and the bold. It includes priority dates in my calendar, multiple multi-hour trysts, adventures, and an abundance of juicy love notes/candids in between.

DEPOSITS
- I require a non-refundable 20% deposit in order to guard against cancellations and no-shows. Deposits are only refundable if I have to cancel. If I cancel you will get your deposit back within 48hrs. However, I will apply your deposit to a new date within one week of the originally scheduled time if more than 48 hours notice is given. Thank you in advance for understanding.

- You can pay with an Zelle, Bitcoin, Credit Card, Uber, Southwest Airlines or Gift Card. If you're worried about electronic traces, note that gift cards from Uber and Southwest Airlines may be purchased with cash from a variety of stores, including Walgreens and CVS. Just send the claim codes to me when you make a purchase.
Note that I do not take Prepaid Debit cards, Cash App, ApplePay or Paypal.

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations within 48hrs of our date require 50% of the donation to be paid.
- Cancellations made within 24hrs will be subject to 100% of the donation to be paid.
Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in blacklisting. NO EXCEPTIONS.

OUTCALLS
- I would love to meet at your upscale hotel or residence, with a $100 Uber reimbursement.
- If your desired Outcall is more than 45 min drive: 2hr minimum booking is required.
- If your desired Outcall is more than 2hr drive: 3hr minimum booking is required. +$200 travel fees.​​
- Social time outside of our room is required for dates lasting three hours or more. If not a $500 fee is required. Need help thinking of something for us to do? Ask me!

OVERNIGHTS
- I require a minimum of 6-8 hours of undisturbed sleep for overnight stays.
- Should I be staying for an extended period of time, kindly provide me a couple hours daily to work out, take a shower, and go over any private messages.
- Overnights include MSOG, DFK + Video.

Notes
- Pre-booking is required. For those interested in last-minute bookings, a fee of +$350 will apply.
- Add On Experiences are only a one time fee (unless stated and discussed prior to our meet).
- Remaining donations are Cash, Zelle, Credit Card or Bitcoin ONLY!
- Cash and Bitcoin are preferred.
